Week 5 results are in. I have lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks. Not too shabby! I can live with 2 lbs a week.

Do you know what is better than losing 10 pounds? Eating Cheesecake!!! Just joking, the best part is it appears that pretty much all 10 lbs was FAT!

Yep that is a replica of 1 lb of fat! Dang that thing is gross!
It makes me almost want to run out to Home Depot. Pick up a shop vac, an exacto knife and some duct tape and make a home lipo kit. I wonder if my mom has any of those old sewing patterns lying around so I can trace where to make the incision!
Seriously though, about 31 lbs to my goal. I need to focus on eating good over the upcoming holidays and continue on with the workouts. I can do this! (I actually said that out loud, not sure if I 100% believe it yet, but saying it out loud sounds pretty convincing!)
